I originally joined the industry with the idea of working in the Finance Department. I love numbers, and I am a true math nerd at heart and helping people is right up my alley.
What part of your job do you find most satisfying?
First, I love watching people grow into roles that help them reach their full potential, sometimes even doing things they never thought would be the job they would end up in. Second, I really enjoy working as a partner with my management teams and helping them see the full picture of how situations can play out.
What motivates you every morning?
I have a wonderful team, the best leaders who are always there to support me and let me utilize my skills, and wonderful counterparts in other markets who I collaborate with often. My family motivates me to work hard so I can be a great role model and provide for them.
What has been one of the most rewarding moments in your career?
The employees know that we are here to help, and don’t hesitate to reach out. I have also built wonderful working relationships with my managers and truly believe I help them make the right decisions even when they are tough.

I feel that women in the automotive industry have opened the doors for others to see that they can do anything.
Can you share a lesson or insight you’ve gained during your career journey?
Always explain the “why.” Employees should always understand not only what they are doing but why they are doing it and the impact each task has.
What is your favorite motto or quote?
